At Isabel Carter, we stand by the craftsmanship and durability of every piece we create. That’s why all our jewellery comes with a 2-year warranty—at no extra cost.
What’s Covered
Our warranty protects against:
- Excessive tarnishing or fading
- Breakage due to material or manufacturing faults
- Clasp or chain failure not caused by misuse
What’s Not Covered
While our pieces are built for real life, the warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear (e.g. scratches, scuffs, plating softening over time)
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Lost or stolen items
- Damage from improper care or chemical exposure
- Items altered or repaired outside of Isabel Carter

How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email us at care@isabelcarter.com with:
1. Your full name and order number
2. A clear photo of the issue
3. A short description of what happened
Our team will review your claim within 5 working days and guide you through the next steps. If your item qualifies, we’ll repair or replace it—free of charge.
Important Notes
Warranty claims are valid for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery.
Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
In some cases, we may request that the faulty item be returned before issuing a replacement.
