Our 2-Year Guarantee
Every Isabel Carter piece — jewellery and watches — is backed by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
What's Covered
Our warranty protects against:
- Excessive tarnishing or fading
- Breakage due to material or manufacturing faults
- Clasp or chain failure not caused by misuse
- Watch movement or mechanism failure not caused by misuse
- Watch case or crown defects due to manufacturing faults
- Watch strap or buckle failure not caused by wear and tear
What's Not Covered
While our pieces are built for real life, the warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear (e.g. scratches, scuffs, plating softening over time)
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Lost or stolen items
- Damage from improper care or chemical exposure
- Items altered or repaired outside of Isabel Carter
For watches specifically:
- Battery replacement (considered routine maintenance)
- Scratches to the watch glass or case from everyday use
- Damage caused by impact, dropping, or misuse
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications

Water Damage
Our watches are not designed for water exposure, and water damage is not covered under warranty. Please remove your watch before swimming, bathing, washing hands, or any activity involving prolonged contact with water. Exposure to moisture, steam, or humidity can cause irreversible damage to the movement and is not covered under our 2-year guarantee.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email us at hello@isabelcarter.com with:
- Your full name and order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short description of what happened
Our team will review your claim within 5 working days and guide you through the next steps. If your item qualifies, we'll repair or replace it — free of charge.
Important Notes
- Warranty claims are valid for 2 years from the date of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required for all claims
- In some cases, we may request the faulty item be returned before issuing a replacement
