Wear & Care

Treat your jewellery like a favourite silk blouse—made to be worn, loved, and looked after.

Do

• Rinse with fresh water after chlorine or saltwater.

• Pat dry and air-dry before storing.

• Apply fragrance, sunscreen and lotions before putting on jewellery.

Avoid

• Prolonged contact with chemicals (perfume mists, hair spray, self-tan, cleaning agents).

• Wearing during high-impact workouts or contact sports.

• Leaving pieces in damp places (bathrooms, gym bags) for long periods.
  

• Spending too much time in saltwater or chlorine.

Cleaning Your Jewellery

Everyday refresh (10 seconds)

• Wipe with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to remove oils and fingerprints.

Monthly deep clean

1. Mix lukewarm water with a drop of mild, non-moisturising soap.

2. Gently clean with a soft cloth or super-soft brush.

3. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.

Avoid

• Harsh metal polishes, dips, bleach or abrasives (they can dull the finish).

• Ultrasonic cleaners for pavé/stone-set styles.
  
  

Storage Tips

• Store in a dry place in the original pouch or jewellery box.

• Fasten chains to prevent tangling; lay nameplates and scripts flat.

• Keep pieces separate to avoid scratches; add a small silica gel sachet if humidity is high.

Name & Script Pieces

• Avoid bending the script; store flat and clasped.

• Put on last, take off first to protect lettering edges.

Tennis & Pavé (zircon stones)

• Rinse after salt/chlorine; pat dry around settings.

• Check clasps and safety catches occasionally.

Bangles & Cuffs

• Roll over the narrowest part of the wrist—don’t flex/squeeze repeatedly.

• Avoid stacking tightly with watches that may scratch.

Pendant & Charm Necklaces

Troubleshooting

• Looks dull? Clean with mild soap + water, then fully dry. A microfibre cloth restores brightness.

• Residue from sunscreen or tan? Use a tiny drop of gentle soap; rinse well.

• Green/black marks on skin or fabric? Usually product build-up or moisture. Rinse, dry, and avoid applying lotions after putting jewellery on.

• Hairline scratches? Normal with wear; minimised by storing pieces separately and avoiding abrasive surfaces.
  
  

Our 2-Year Anti-Tarnishing Warranty

We proudly stand behind every piece. If your jewellery develops a material or manufacturing fault within two years—e.g., excessive fading, breakage, clasp defects—we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

What’s not covered: Accidental damage, misuse, normal surface wear, loss or theft.
