1. Orders
1.1. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

1.2. Order Cancellations
Due to our fast turnaround times, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed, including personalised or custom-made items.

1.3. Personalised & Made-to-Order Items
Customised items—including name necklaces, Arabic designs, and other made-to-order pieces—are non-refundable and non-cancellable once your order has been confirmed.

2. Shipping & Delivery
2.1. UK Shipping

Standard shipping: £4.99 (Free on orders £70+)
Dispatch: Within 24 hours for in-stock items (Mon–Fri)

Note: Personalised items are shipping from our Global Warehouse and take up to 10 days for delivery to the UK. This may be slightly longer for other countries.

2.2. International Shipping
We offer limited international shipping; availability of service depends on i) product type and ii) specific delivery destination country. Our automated checkout system will show you the options available to you. 

2.3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to external couriers or force majeure events are outside our control.

3. Returns & Exchanges
3.1. Return Eligibility
You may return non-customised items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

3.2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

- Personalised or made-to-order items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift packaging and gift cards

3.3. Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.

3.4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days.

4. Warranty
4.1. Coverage
All Isabel Carter jewellery is covered by a 2-year anti-tarnishing warranty from the date of delivery. This includes:

- Excessive tarnishing or fading
- Breakage due to material or manufacturing faults
- Clasp or chain failure not caused by misuse

4.2. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

- General wear and tear
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Loss or theft
- Items altered or repaired outside of Isabel Carter
- Improper care, chemical damage, or exposure to harsh environments

4.3. How to Claim
Email us at care@isabelcarter.com with:

1. Your full name and order number
2. A clear photo of the issue
3. A short description of what happened

Our team will review your claim within 5 working days and guide you through the next steps. If your item qualifies, we’ll repair or replace it—free of charge.

5. Product Descriptions
We aim to display products and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen displays and natural finishing processes, slight differences in colour or texture may occur.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including product designs, branding, photography, and written copy—is the intellectual property of Isabel Carter. Reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited without written permission.

8. Governing Law
