General Dispatch & Delivery Information
Every order leaves us fully tracked and finished gift-ready. You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel ships (if you don’t see them, check Promotions/Junk).
In-stock pieces are prepared promptly and dispatched as soon as possible (typically the next working day). During peak periods, dispatch may take a little longer—but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Personalised designs are made to order. Product lead times are shown on each product page; as a guide, custom pieces usually take 7-10 days to create, with around 3-7 days for delivery depending on destination.

Orders placed after 2 pm Monday - Friday will be processed the next working day
Custom-made pieces delivery time: 2-4 working days (Royal Mail/Hermes/Yodel)
Custom-made pieces are usually dispatched after 7-10 days of production time
Dispatch cut-off: Orders placed by 2 pm (Mon–Fri) are prepared for same-day dispatch. Orders received after 2 pm are dispatched the next working day (custom-made pieces excluded).
