General Dispatch & Delivery Information
Every order leaves us fully tracked and finished gift-ready. You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel ships (if you don’t see them, check Promotions/Junk).
In-stock pieces are prepared promptly and dispatched as soon as possible. Same-day dispatch, Monday to Friday, for orders placed before 1 pm. During peak periods, dispatch may take a little longer—but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
For engraved watches, we aim to engrave and dispatch your order the same day for orders placed before 1 pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1 pm will be engraved and dispatched the next working day.
Personalised jewellery are made to order. Product lead times are shown on each product page; as a guide, custom pieces usually take 7-10 days to create, with around 3-7 days for delivery depending on destination.
