Modern Slavery Act Statement

Modern Slavery Act Statement
Effective Date: 13th August 2025

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps T6 Retail Group Ltd, trading as Isabel Carter, has taken and continues to take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking do not occur within our business or supply chains.

Our Commitment
Isabel Carter is built on values of dignity, fairness, and transparency. We are committed to ensuring that all people involved in the creation of our jewellery—whether employed directly or indirectly—are treated with respect, paid fairly, and work in safe, ethical conditions. We oppose all forms of modern slavery, including forced labour, child labour, bonded labour, and human trafficking.

Our Business
T6 Retail Group Ltd is a UK-based company that designs and sells personalised jewellery under the Isabel Carter brand. We operate as a direct-to-consumer business and partner with carefully selected manufacturing and fulfilment partners both in the UK and overseas.

Our Supply Chains
Our supply chains include:

- Jewellery manufacturing and assembly
- Packaging and print suppliers
- Logistics and fulfilment providers
- Software and e-commerce service platforms

We take a measured, quality-over-quantity approach to supplier relationships, working only with partners who meet our ethical sourcing standards.

Due Diligence
We carry out due diligence on all new suppliers before working with them. This includes:

Reviewing supplier certifications and third-party audits where available
Engaging in ongoing communication with production partners to ensure continued alignment with our values
Where necessary, we may request factory photos, visit facilities, or work with third-party sourcing agents to verify labour practices.

Policies and Procedures
Our internal policies reflect our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery:

All employees and contractors are made aware of our ethical standards upon onboarding
We maintain open communication with suppliers regarding working conditions
We commit to taking immediate action if evidence of unethical labour practices comes to light

Training and Awareness
As a small but growing team, we are embedding ethical procurement practices into our day-to-day operations. As our supply chain expands, we will implement more formal training and review processes to ensure long-term compliance.

Looking Ahead
We are proud of the relationships we’ve built with our suppliers to date, but we recognise the ongoing responsibility to ensure every part of our value chain is free from exploitation. We will continue to:

- Review our supplier contracts and policies annually
- Seek more transparent traceability in raw materials and metals
- Work only with suppliers who actively support fair working conditions

Approval
This statement has been approved by the Directors of T6 Retail Group Ltd and will be reviewed and updated annually.

Signed,
Operations Director, T6 Retail Group Ltd
