Competition Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all competitions, giveaways, and promotions conducted by Isabel Carter on our website, via email campaigns, and across our social media channels (including, but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook).

By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility
Open to all aged 18 and over, unless stated otherwise.
Employees of T6 Retail Group Ltd (trading as Isabel Carter) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
No purchase necessary to enter or win, unless stated otherwise.

2. Entry Rules
Specific entry mechanics (e.g. follow, tag, comment, submit) will be detailed in the promotional post or email.
Entrants must meet all requirements listed to be considered.
Multiple entries are allowed only if specified.

3. Winner Selection
Winners will be chosen fairly at random or judged based on merit, as described in each promotion.
Winners will be contacted via DM or email and must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize.
If we do not hear back in that timeframe, we reserve the right to select another winner.

4. Prizes
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash alternative unless stated.
We reserve the right to substitute a prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Publicity
By entering, you agree that we may feature your name, handle, and any submitted content in promotional materials and across our social media, website, and marketing channels.

If the competition includes a “Share Your Story” or UGC element, you grant us a royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use and adapt the content across platforms.

6. Platform Disclaimers
Competitions run on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook are not endorsed or administered by those platforms.

Your information is provided to Isabel Carter, not to the platform.

7. Data Protection
Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Entry implies consent to receive communications related to the competition and your prize.

8. General
T6 Retail Group Ltd trading as Isabel Carter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend any competition at any time without notice.

Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or breach these terms will result in disqualification.

Our decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
