Each piece is made to order, which means once we've received your order, our studio team designs your necklace before it's produced. Your name necklace is typically crafted and dispatched within 7–10 days. The delivery time depends on the destination country, with some expected delays during high seasons (such as Black Friday and Christmas).

Most of our necklaces are personalised in some way, from initial and birthstone pendants, to custom made name and engravings. You can navigate to the personalised jewellery collection and see all the necklaces ready to personalise.

Yes—our 18K PVD finish on 316L stainless steel is water‑resistant and hypoallergenic. Designed for everyday wear and backed by our Two‑Year Shine Warranty.

For most of our name necklaces, you can select both the chain style and chain length. These lengths are 40cm, 45cm and 50cm. All chains come with a 5cm extender that is included in the length, so you can style and layer it how you choose.
